At the core of this bakery website project is a user-centered design (UCD) approach. From the beginning, the goal was to understand the real needs and behaviors of customers—whether they're browsing the menu, checking promotions, or looking for store hours.
To achieve this, we gathered insights from actual users through informal interviews and feedback sessions with bakery customers. This helped us design a site that’s not only visually appealing but also practical and easy to navigate—especially on mobile devices.
By focusing on UCD, the website becomes more than just a digital menu; it becomes a tool that improves the overall customer experience—making it easy to explore products, place orders, and connect with the bakery effortlessly.
